About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead our nursery over 4 days per week.
You will be responsible for the overall running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance with EYFS and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing nursery team.
* Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety.
* Drive continuous improvement and maintain our Outstanding Ofsted standards.
* Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the local community.
* Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing efficiently.
Requirements
* Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (Level 5 or higher desirable).
* Proven leadership experience in an early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills.
* A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for children’s development
