Hybrid Work Arrangement
This role will operate on a hybrid schedule, with an expectation to work on‑site at our London office location 2‑3 days per week.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner with strategy leadership and business unit stakeholders to define and execute Global Payments’ B2B strategy, supporting the ambition to establish a leading position in B2B payments
- Drive strategic transformation initiatives required to expand and scale our B2B business across products, markets, and customer segments
- Identify and unlock cross‑business opportunities across revenue, product, and cost synergies to enhance overall financial performance
- Provide strategic insights to senior leadership on the competitive landscape, market trends, risks, and industry developments in B2B payments
- Establish and embed a consistent enterprise‑wide strategy framework across business units
- Represent Global Payments externally as a thought leader in B2B payments with clients, analysts, and industry forums
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across a complex, global organization
- Proven ability to drive execution and deliver outcomes in ambiguous, high‑impact environments
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and align diverse organisations and priorities
- Experience operating across multiple regions, functions, and business units in a global environment
- Analytical, data‑driven problem solver with strong strategic thinking and structured problem‑solving skills
- Strong project and program management capabilities, with the ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end
- Background in management consulting or strategy roles preferred
- Experience in B2B payments or broader financial services preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insights
