As a Contracts Support Advisor, you'll handle key pre-delivery tasks such as pre-fit changes, call-offs, and delivery bookings for our Social Housing and Contract teams. You’ll also manage aftercare queries from internal and external contacts and support sub-contractor recruitment to grow our installation network.
Key responsibilities of this role will include:
8. Support the Contract Field Installation Managers, Social Housing and Contract Sales teams.
9. Installer recruitment, management, and compliance
10. Raising and processing PO’s and Invoices from subcontractors
11. Administrative tasks relevant to the role
12. To carry out pre-fit changes
13. Identify opportunity for further growth within the Contract Operations team
Adhere to Health & Safety policies and responsibilities outlined in our Integrated Management System (IMS) This role is based at our Head Office in Barton Upon Humber
