Cheshire East Council is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our community adult social care teams as a Local Area Coordinator (LAC).
The role involves managing a varied caseload supporting adults with care and support needs, working within a multidisciplinary team of social workers, assessors, occupational therapists, and fellow coordinators. The position offers a mix of home and office-based work. The LAC will connect individuals with third sector and community resources and will receive support and training for professional development.
This is a part-time role based in Congleton, with potential responsibilities across the south of the Cheshire East area.
