Essential Duties And Responsibilities
As a
District Sales Manager
, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business targets within Gates' Oil & Gas strategic accounts. You will manage existing accounts, develop new customer opportunities, and ensure close collaboration with internal teams across R&E, planning, and supply chain functions to secure business success globally.

* Develop and execute sales strategies and plans for your accounts in line with global guidance.
* Meet or exceed sales and profitability targets for strategic Oil & Gas accounts.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer needs are understood and met.
* Identify new sales opportunities and expand the demand base with value-added solutions.
* Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in accordance with company procedures.
* Collaborate with internal account teams and ensure full internal support to achieve business targets.
* Provide technical knowledge to educate customers in cooperation with the R&E Department.
* Manage prospecting pipelines and lead national, regional, and international account development initiatives.
* Represent Gates at trade shows and industry events.

Required Experience
Requirements and Preferred Skills

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, or equivalent.
* 8-10 years of experience experience in business development or sales prospecting, ideally within Oil & Gas.
* Strong knowledge of strategic account management and prospecting pipeline management.
