Job role: 1st Line Support Engineer Location: Warrington (On site / Hybrid)
This is a great opportunity for a Support Engineer to join a leading Microsoft Partner. The company specialise in delivering solutions to high-profile government, banking and defence sector customers. Due to continued growth, they’re looking for a 1st Line Engineer to join their dynamic support team working with one of their key customers in Warrington.
Providing first-line technical support to end-users both on site and remotely.
Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
Managing Azure Active Directory users, groups, and policies.
Assisting with Intune deployments and device management.
Logging, tracking, and resolving incidents via the service desk system.
At least 1 year of experience in a 1st Line Support or Service Desk role.
Experience with Intune deployments
Experience building laptops / Mac support
Work with a Microsoft Gold Partner supporting high-impact, secure projects.
Access to continuous training and Microsoft certifications.
