Our client is looking for a friendly and organised Receptionist to provide welcoming reception cover and support administrative tasks at their Residential and Nursing Home in Plymouth. You’ll be the first point of contact for residents and visitors, managing calls, correspondence, and daily office duties in a professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors and residents in a friendly, professional manner
* Handle telephone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently
* Support the Home Manager with administrative duties, record keeping, and filing
* Assist with residents' personal spends, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Ensure compliance with GDPR, health & safety, and company policies
Requirements:
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Professional, approachable, and friendly manner
* Attention to detail and discretion
* Previous reception or administrative experience is a plus
