The hotel offers fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with Asian influences through to modern British fine dining served in its high end brasserie. This is a fantastic opportunity as a Junior Sous Chef to develop your skills in an up and coming kitchen where you will be expected to be able to run all sections whilst also assisting with the training of the junior members of the team.
