We are looking to appoint a dynamic Teacher of Mathematics who through building strong relationships and expert teaching will secure excellent outcomes. Our Mathematics department is experienced, supportive and successful; the vast majority of our large 6 th Form choose to student A Level Mathematics, achieve well and many go on to study the subject at university. Staff at NUAST are well supported to develop through CPD and collaboration with subject experts. Early career teachers are nurtured and receive excellent ongoing support.
As a Teacher of Mathematics at NUAST you will inspire our learners to develop their love of Mathematics through innovative teaching and sharing your passion for the subject. You will enable students to achieve excellent outcomes and develop young people who strive to further their learning in Mathematics beyond A Level, whether this be through building excellent foundations at KS3 or teaching future professional mathematicians.
This role can be offered on a full time or part time basis, and there will also be the opportunity to focus on a specific key stage, for example KS5, if this is preferred.
