Christiana Hartley Medical Practice is seeking a salaried GP to join our established team for up to 8 sessions per week (number of sessions negotiable).
Practice team:
* 4 GPs
* 5 Advanced Nurse Practitioners
* HCA
* 3 Practice Nurses
* Practice Manager & Deputy Manager
* Dedicated and experienced administration team
We are part of a GP Federation and a Primary Care Network. Salary is at a top rate, dependent on experience.
Main duties of the job
* Manage caseloads and deliver exceptional healthcare to patients.
* Diagnose and treat a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.
* Attend clinical meetings and sessions, including home visits as required.
* Adhere to best practice guidelines, ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
* Complete relevant paperwork, manage medicines, and interpret laboratory results.
Job responsibilities
* Provide safe clinical decision‑making and assessment skills for patients.
* Collaborate with the general practice team to meet patient needs.
* Support the delivery of policy and procedures, and provide leadership when required.
Qualifications
* Qualified GP
* Full GMC registration
* Eligibility to practice in the UK independently
Experience
* Experience of working in primary care
