We are seeking a skilled Insulator to join our family business. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction-related tasks and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. This role involves working on diverse projects, ensuring that insulation is properly installed to enhance energy efficiency and comfort within buildings. The Insulator will collaborate with other trades to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
* Install insulation materials in lofts according to specifications. .
* Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for insulation and loft boarding installation.
* Perform roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical work, carpentry, plastering, masonry, and fabrication tasks as needed.
* Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects efficiently.
* Conduct routine maintenance checks on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Experience
* Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
* Familiarity with roofing, plumbing, welding, electrical systems, carpentry, plastering, masonry, and fabrication techniques is highly desirable. .
* Experience with hand tools and power tools commonly used in insulation work is required.
