We believe in the power of collaboration and share a common goal with those we regulate – to protect the public, enable positive change and ultimately improve people’s lives.

We are now recruiting for a Learning and Development Officer to join us, and provide support to our people and managers across the business on Learning and Development activities.

About The Role

* Lead on the development, delivery and regular review of our induction process, ensuring it is fit for purpose.
* Lead on organising and implementing programmes of learning that support the sharing of internal knowledge and expertise, with input from key stakeholders.
* Design, deliver and facilitate workshop materials as required and agreed with the people development business partners
* Design course evaluations and provide evaluation reporting, promoting organisational understanding of the impact of learning interventions and programmes
* Research and source external training providers using the managed learning framework, assisting with the procurement of training providers where required
* Oversight and delegation of day‑to‑day people and development tasks, ensuring enquiries are answered in a timely manner, dealing with escalations from the people and development support officer and escalating further where necessary.
* Produce monthly and quarterly data, as requested, to our people and people development business partners, to support our reporting to our senior leaders and identifying areas for improvement. Escalate as appropriate.
* Oversight of our people development systems and platforms, ensuring accuracy of data and timely reporting, including Enable and Grow.
* Coordinate the delivery, ongoing maintenance and improvement of our induction process, ensuring materials and activities are up to date and effective.
* Compile monthly and quarterly people data for reporting purposes, identifying emerging patterns for escalation.
