Overview
Project Manager based in Shenstone. Our client specialises in the design and production of innovative vehicle safety and security products. The product range includes cameras, digital video recorders, and reverse parking solutions. Customers range from individuals and small businesses to extensive fleet work. The business is rapidly growing and seeks to expand its dedicated team.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the management of Key Accounts.
* Oversee a range of projects with different companies.
* Build relationships and liaise with customers.
* Liaise with procurement to ensure required stock levels.
* Liaise with engineers to establish work schedules, including subcontractors.
* Liaise with after-care engineers to arrange repair visits.
* Liaise with technical and finance departments.
* Prepare kits when required.
* Deliver a high level of customer service.
* Respond to email enquiries.
* Offer technical support when necessary.
* Commission vehicles as required.
* Provide feedback to customers.
* Assist with the retrieval of footage from DVRs when required.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Computer literate, including a proficiency with email and MS Office.
* Professional telephone manner.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and administrative skills.
* Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to meet deadlines.
* Ability to work co-operatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external agencies.
* Ability to act and operate independently.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
Details
* Salary: up to £34,000 depending on experience.
* Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.
* Location: Shenstone.
* Duration: Permanent.
