What You'll Do…
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll develop deep market knowledge and work in an inclusive, fast-paced environment to identify and develop new client and candidate opportunities. Your desk will be your own business within a business - where you'll:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates,
* Coordinate interviews and manage recruitment processes from end to end,
* Carry out proactive sales and business development activity,
* Place a variety of professionals - from engineers and machinists to senior technical experts - into exciting contract and permanent roles.

We're Looking For...
* Proven recruitment experience (contract or perm) ideally in aerospace, automotive, maritime or a similar heavily-regulated industry sector - however, we're open experience from other recruitment verticals as long as it comes with a strong billing track record,
* We are open to all levels from Associate to Lead, with renumeration being tailored to experience,
* Excellent communication, sales and stakeholder engagement skills,
* A collaborative mindset and drive to achieve.
