We are expanding and looking for a Recruitment Consultant with strong business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end recruitment experience.
You'll work with some of the UK's most dynamic contact centre operations, supporting high-volume and specialist hiring.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop new business across the UK contact centre and customer service recruitment market
* Identify opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and market insights
* Plan and deliver targeted sales and recruitment campaigns
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement
* Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
* Deliver a high-quality candidate and client experience
