The Fitness Manager will be responsible for the gym floor and Personal Training proposition to our members. You will manage a team of fitness coaches and personal trainers leading them to deliver a world class fitness proposition, provide a 5* customer service, and create a positive training environment for our members.

About the role
* Lead and manage the gym’s fitness team, including personal trainers and instructors
* Develop strong relationships with members, fostering a supportive and positive gym environment
* Ensure high standards of customer service and cleanliness across the gym floor and studios
* Recruit, train and mentor fitness staff
* Achieve PT revenue targets monthly and quarterly
* Deliver PT sessions and classes
* Working in collaboration with the Gym Manager to ensure attendance for classes is high and the product is at a high standard
* Supporting outreach and awareness events to engage and attract new members
About you:
Education and Qualifications
* Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Training
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience being on a gym floor environment
* Teaching a variety of studio and gym floor-based classes
* Delivering personal training sessions
Skills
* Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
* Strong planning and organisation skills
* People management
* Ability to create and present department reports when required
