What to expect
The Lead Product Managers will be responsible for managing mails product verticals i.e. PUDO, Buy-In Branch/International, Digital and Payments. This will entail overseeing all aspects of commercialisation, product development, implementation, in-life management, operations and performance for those products. Product Managers will work closely with the Carrier Account Managers to translate carrier commercial strategy and ambition into Post Office propositions and then leading the cross functional delivery to ensure there are effective customer journeys and sales capabilities.
Contributing to the development and growth strategy for Mails & Parcels they will be accountable for product roadmaps, product performance and work closely with the Network and Operators to ensure continuous improvement in sales process and operational improvement. They will define and agree product features and benefits in collaborations with Account Managers and Marketing, be accountable for the commercial viability of new propositions proposed for launch and define actions, initiatives and targets for the annual operational plan and quarterly reforecasting rounds.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will need to have demonstrable experience in commercial Product Management within Retail, Logistics, eCommerce or service led industries: In addition you will possess:
* Experience in designing propositions and customer journeys
* Experience in leading and driving change aligned to functional and business strategies
* Working knowledge of parcel networks and OOH delivery models
* Experience working in fast-paced, commercial environments
* Experience working with data & analytics to both drive decisions & inform evaluation
* Experience working in matrix environments where cross functional collaboration is key to success
* Proven record of effectively influencing senior leaders around commercial proposals, propositions, strategies & plans
