One day you might be working with our marketing team and access groups, developing itineraries and step-by-step walks for our website and social media, the next day working with our rangers on the development of step-free access at Aira Force. You will also need to understand what great presentation looks like, ensuring that waymarked routes are clearly marked, easy to navigate and smartly presented.Your role will be based at Wray, with the chance to develop visitor experiences at different outdoor sites across the Lake District, but also between our sites; on trails, tracks and footpaths.This role supports Welcome Managers and Site Managers in making sure everything runs smoothly in what can be complex and lively visitor business, with duty management a regular part of this role.
