Job title: Director, US Market Access Portfolio Execution

About the job

The Director, Portfolio Execution is responsible for driving operational discipline across the U.S. market access portfolio. This role leads KPI tracking, ATU development, execution planning, and implementation of capability development to ensure consistency. It supports the Head of Market Access Portfolio Strategy in translating portfolio access objectives into measurable actions across in-line brands.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate cross-functional market access planning and execution, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and decision points are aligned across the portfolio.

2. Lead enterprise tracking of pull-through initiatives, identifying gaps in capabilities and working with regional operational leads and driving consistency across therapeutic areas and customer segments.

3. Establish and manage portfolio wide payer ATU assessing market needs and trends. Work with brand V&A leads to assess launch readiness by product and market evolution.

4. Establish and manage access-related KPIs that measure performance across account execution, and customer impact.

5. Ensure all brands payer readiness and operational processes to improve execution across teams.

6. Lead preparation for internal reviews, portfolio execution updates, and dashboards to enhance leadership visibility and accountability.

7. Support strategic prioritization of above brand capabilities, which could include coverage tracking and pull through capability platforms in the future.

About You:

8. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

9. 5+ years of experience in market access, commercial operations, or launch execution within pharmaceutical/biotech

10. Expertise in operational planning and collaborative standardization

11. Experience in KPI development and execution tracking tools

12. Strong collaboration skills across matrix teams

13. Proven ability to drive alignment and accountability across brands and access functions

14. Familiarity with ATU studies, segmentation models, and field force optimization

15. Results-oriented with strong organizational and planning skills

16. Detail-driven with a focus on execution

17. Strong communicator who can translate strategy into action

The salary range for this position is:

$172,500.00 - $249,166.66

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the .
