You’ll be hands-on, managing everything from brand identity and campaign planning to creative output, events presence and digital communication. It’s a brilliant opportunity for a brand-savvy marketer who loves bringing ideas to life, collaborating with talented colleagues, and seeing their work have visible impact.

Key Responsibilities of the Marketing & Brand Manager:
* Lead the planning and delivery of all marketing campaigns across events, membership, education, sponsorship and policy.
* Take charge of our brand management — ensuring everything from design and tone to social media and events reflects our values and professionalism.
* Manage the email communications schedule and support the wider team in coordinating messaging across multiple channels.
* Oversee creative briefs and relationships with external design partners.
* Produce key brand materials including our annual review, policy briefings and publications.
* Support event marketing, including the design and build of our main exhibition stand.
* Maintain accurate marketing lists and data segmentation within our CRM.
* Ensure our website and digital channels showcase the latest, most engaging member content.
About you:
* Experienced in brand marketing and management, with a good grasp of campaign planning.
* Skilled in copywriting and creative content development.
* Confident using Microsoft Office, and ideally familiar with Photoshop, InDesign or Canva.
* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.
* A clear and engaging communicator — both in writing and verbally.
* Curious to learn about the NHS and the vital work our members do.
