In our Team Leaders, we look for a positive mindset, people who can lead, motivate, inspire, and support their team to get things done and enjoy getting involved too! Your role at Superdrug as a Team Leader will be to work with the E Store team ensuring the store is well stocked and replenished, processing online orders and picking them for our customers and packing them to be sent directly to their doors. Leading the teams to achieve the KPIs and ensuring they are adhering to health and safety.
Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate and support the team to achieve store KPIs and ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
* Work with the E Store team to ensure the store is well stocked and replenished.
* Process online orders, pick them for customers, and pack them for delivery to customers’ doors.
