Opportunity to join a growing British Fashion & Lifestyle Brand at an early stage and work directly with the founder. You will be one of the first hires in the business, so the role carries a real responsibility from the beginning. Based at Alderley Park with parking available. Strong long-term progression for the right person. The role offers hands-on exposure to supplier meetings, trade shows, shoots, and wider brand activity in London and across different parts of Europe. You will work within a small team of 3, with close support, practical learning, and the chance to build knowledge across different parts of the business over time.
Description
This role will support the day-to-day running of a growing premium fashion and lifestyle brand.
• organise supplier information,
• Maintain digital files and records,
• Support document control,
• Update trackers,
• Arrange and follow up meetings,
• Help manage invoices, approvals and operational paperwork,
• Assist with sample, product and general business coordination.
• The role will involve speaking with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners, and helping keep information clear, accurate and up to date.
• Over time, the apprentice will build knowledge across different parts of the business so they can become a well rounded and trusted support person within the team.

• Good written and verbal communication, and pride in doing things properly.
• They should be comfortable working in a professional environment, managing priorities, and supporting different parts of the business when needed.
• An interest in fashion, product, e-commerce or business operations would be beneficial.
