Junior HR Business Partner | Manchester | Hybrid
Join a prestigious global professional services firm as a Junior HR Business Partner, where you'll bridge advisory and strategic HR work within a well-established HR function. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to strengthening HR Business Partnering capability and work across complex employee relations and strategic HR projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide proactive HR advice and coaching to managers.
• Partner with Senior HRBP's to deliver business improvement and change programmes.
• Lead and support cyclical HR projects such as compensation reviews and engagement initiatives.
• Handle complex ER cases including wellbeing, absence, performance, and flexible working.
• Generate and analyse HR data, producing dashboards and insights.
• Support talent processes including performance reviews, career development, and succession planning.
What You'll Need:
• Experience as an experienced HR Advisor or Junior HRBP.
• Ability to act as a junior HR Business Partner, supporting senior HRBP's and business leaders.
• Capacity to oversee complex employee relations, business partnering, and strategic HR projects.
• Strong understanding of HR policies and processes.
• Experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders.
