We’re growing our datacentre recruitment division — and we’re looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Recruiter who wants to take ownership of a vertical and scale it as their own business unit.
If you’ve built desks in the UK or European datacentre, critical infrastructure, MEP, or electrical engineering space, and you’re ready for a role with more autonomy, leadership progression, and P&L impact, this is a standout opportunity.
What You’ll Own
* Build and grow our Electrical/Critical Engineering vertical across the UK & EU.
* Run a dual contract + perm desk with full BD autonomy.
* Develop client relationships in datacentre construction, commissioning, and operations.
* Shape go-to-market strategy and set the foundation for a future team.
* Drive revenue growth with direct earning potential tied to P&L.

* Proven experience as a 360 recruiter in electrical engineering, critical infrastructure, datacentres, or technical engineering.
* Track record placing contract and permanent hires.
* Strong BD capability and comfort opening new accounts.
