Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer*
Basic £34,000 to £38,500* + Overtime + Standby On-Call

We’re expanding our team and looking for a skilled Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Service and Maintenance Engineer to join us across the North West—covering Lancashire, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, Cheshire, and West Yorkshire.
This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday), where you’ll carry out planned maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repairs on commercial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The nature of the industry means flexibility in start and finish times is essential, and you’ll also take part in a shared on-call rota, with overtime pay for evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
F-Gas certification (C&G 2079 or equivalent) – essential
* NVQ Level 2 or similar – desirable
* Solid understanding of commercial refrigeration and A/C systems
* Full UK driving licence
