An established and well-regarded law firm in Manchester is seeking a motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join its Residential Property team. Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters under supervision
* Handling client enquiries and providing regular updates
* Drafting legal documents and correspondence
* Conducting searches, preparing contract packs, and supporting pre-/post-completion work
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and external solicitors
* Maintaining files in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
About You
* Previous experience in residential conveyancing is essential
* Strong understanding of the process from instruction to completion
* Excellent communication and client-care skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage workloads independently and within a team
* Confident using case management systems (training provided if needed)
