About the Project
A significant residential scheme consisting of 2 RC Frame blocks, comprising 34 apartments each, delivered under a JCT Design & Build Contract.
The Role
My client, a Main Contractor, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Project Level) with a minimum of 5 years’ experience, to oversee all commercial aspects of the project.
This is a hands-on, site-facing role requiring a confident QS who has RC Frame experience.

Proven experience managing RC Frame projects

Strong understanding of JCT Design & Build contracts

Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills

Ability to work between site and office.

Salary: £60,000 – £65,000 (depending on experience)
