Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with opportunities to work fewer hours (minimum 12).
The schedule follows the availability windows above. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within these times, and you will receive three weeks’ notice of exact shift dates. We support flexibility—if your availability closely matches, we still welcome applications. Read more at the provided link.

Responsibilities
* Ensure the van and trays are clean and tidy.
* Keep the back yard clean, tidy, and free of rubbish, picking up litter as seen.
* Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
* Load the van as required and check roadworthiness.
* Communicate with customers about any order changes, including short‑code items and substitutions.
* Offer refunds for items customers are unhappy with.
* Care for products and deliveries as if they were your own.
* Explain that customers are not charged for substitutions.
* Deliver during the customer’s time slot.
* Call the customer before arriving at their property if early.
* Notify the store or centre if running 30 minutes or more late.
Qualifications
* Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit.
* Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues, taking time to understand them and say "Thank you".
* Act quickly to respond to changing customer needs and embrace change within the store.
* Be energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations, balancing home and work.
* Share ideas with your manager and colleagues on improving the store for customers.
* Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) with at least 12 months of experience, no more than 3 penalty points.
