The Role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Manage the end-to-end hiring process for roles across the business
Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements
Source, screen, and interview candidates
Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the process
Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs
Track activity and work towards clear performance goals
