About the Role:
Our Client are seeking a driven and results-oriented
Sales Consultant
to join our growing team at our Birmingham office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is passionate about delivering excellent customer service while maximising sales opportunities.
As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in generating new business, nurturing existing client relationships, and helping customers find the best solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Generate new leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, and networking
* Manage inbound sales enquiries and follow up on leads
* Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
* Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and product recommendations
* Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
* Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions on the CRM system
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts where necessary
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction
* Stay up to date with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a sales or business development role (B2B or B2C)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
* Ability to build rapport quickly and manage long-term relationships
* Comfortable working to targets in a KPI-driven environment
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (preferred)
