The Role
As Head of Religious Studies, you will:
•Provide strategic and spiritual leadership for the Religious Studies department across all key stages.
•Teach high-quality Religious Studies lessons that explore faith, ethics, and philosophy with academic depth and pastoral care.
•Organise enrichment opportunities such as chapel services, retreats, and charity projects related to Religious Studies.
•Support students preparing for GCSE, A-Level, and further study in Religious Studies.
•Champion Christian values while respecting and exploring diverse worldviews in Religious Studies.
