We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join a reputable children’s residential home in South East England. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in residential childcare or a similar setting. A caring, patient, and resilient attitude is essential, along with the ability to work various shifts, including sleep-ins in South East England. Candidates with NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People or those willing to work towards this qualification are preferred.
