We're a content & SEO agency looking for a sharp, detail-oriented VA for to complete a daily research task.
Your job:
Run a set of Google searches using provided keywords, find posts from people who are actively looking for SEO or content help, and log them in a Google Sheet along with their name and contact details.
This role requires attention to detail and basic judgment on what makes a good lead - we want genuine leads, not noise.
What you'll do:
1. Run Google searches using provided search phrases
2. Find relevant posts on Facebook and Threads
3. Log leads in a structured Google Sheet (name, email, Instagram, post link, post text)
4. Work approximately 5-10 hours per week
You're a great fit if you:
5. Are highly detail-oriented and thorough
6. Have done research or data entry work before
7. Have reliable internet and good written English
The types of searches you'll be running look like this:
8. Intent phrases (examples): "recommend an SEO agency" / "looking to outsource my blog" / "need someone to write my blogs" / "anyone recommend a good SEO" / "need help with my website content" / "looking for a content writer"
9. Combined with industries like: photographer / yoga studio / wellness studio / life coach / therapist / nutritionist / interior designer / personal trainer / chiropractor / wedding planner / medical spa / lawyer / solicitor / attorney / bookkeeper
10. Across platforms: Facebook and Threads
