* 1 late evening per week (Monday's until 8:00pm)
* Alternate Saturdays: 8.30am-6pm

We are now looking for a motivated and experienced Head Dental Receptionist to join and lead our friendly front-of-house team.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Dental Receptionist ready to take the next step into a leadership position. You will oversee the reception function, ensuring the smooth running of the practice while delivering outstanding patient care and service.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support, and manage the reception team
* Oversee appointment book management and maximise diary utilisation
* Deliver exceptional customer service to patients
* Handle patient queries and complaints professionally and efficiently
* Process payments and maintain accurate patient records
* Liaise with clinicians regarding scheduling and treatment plans
* Ensure compliance with practice policies and procedures
Requirements
Essential:
* Previous Dental Receptionist experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Confident leading a team and working independently
* Professional, friendly, patient-focused approach
Preferred:
* Experience using SOE (Software of Excellence)
* Previous supervisory experience
* Knowledge of NHS and private dentistry
