Property Services Supervisor (Repairs & Contractors)
Salary: £38,613 per annum
The Vacancy
Ocean Housing Group is seeking a permanent, full-time Property Services Supervisor within our Property Services team.
This role involves overseeing the daily management of contractors performing repair and maintenance work on our properties and estates. Responsibilities include managing Damp, Mould, and Condensation surveys and works, allocating resources for repairs, and identifying emerging issues with potential resolutions. The successful candidate will develop and maintain contractor capacity, monitor budgets, and foster collaboration among surveyors, schedulers, and work delivery teams to meet business demands. Building strong relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards.
Ideal candidates will have experience managing contractors/subcontractors in housing repairs and maintenance, a solid construction background, and leadership skills to guide a multidisciplinary team. A good understanding of health and safety policies is required to ensure compliance. Excellent communication skills and a positive work ethic are essential for success in this role.
