The Role
As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to create an engaging and supportive learning environment for early years pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting phonics and structured lessons
* Facilitating free-play activities to promote independence and creativity
* Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development
You will play a vital role in helping young learners grow, explore, and thrive.
