Duties
* Diagnose and repair a variety of vehicle faults accurately and efficiently.
* Complete all work in line with manufacturer and dealership standards.
* Support colleagues with technical advice and mentoring when required.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation.
* Participate in ongoing training to stay current with new technology and repair methods.
Requirements
* Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent).
* Franchise Diagnostic or Master Technician accreditation.
* Strong technical and diagnostic skills across a range of vehicle systems.
* A full UK driving licence.
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The salary of this Master Vehicle Technician role is up to £42,000 basic and an OTE of £46,600.
Hours of work in this role are: 40 hours per week, with uncapped bonus and a 3-month guaranteed bonus upon joining. A flexible 4-day working week (subject to discussion at interview) is also available at select locations.
