The Opportunity Im working with a well-regarded, independent estate agency in North Leeds thats looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Manager to lead and grow their property management function.
This is a key hire for the business, offering genuine scope to step into a Head of Property Management role for the right individual, with responsibility across team leadership, compliance, and departmental growth.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the lettings and property management team
* Oversee day-to-day operations across the managed portfolio
* Drive new business and win landlord instructions
* Grow and retain the property management portfolio
* Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and best practice
* Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Handle escalations and ensure high service standards
