Term-time role, 37.5 hours per week (5 days a week) plus some flexibility to work during non-term time as required.
Salary: £38,750 - £42,500 per annum, depending on number of non-term time weeks worked (pro rata to FTE £50,000)

We are seeking a creative and ambitious Head of Marketing to deliver, and grow, the full range of marketing activity for Guildford High School. This is a diverse and challenging role, which will require the post-holder to play a key part in developing and delivering marketing strategy for one of the country’s leading independent schools.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing and Admissions, the Head of Marketing will be a strategic thinker and a creative communicator who is keen to embrace the spirit of GHS, build a powerful brand and craft a compelling narrative for the School. The Head of Marketing is supported by a Communications Executive, Digital Marketing Executive and Marketing Administrator.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record in strategic marketing, communications and brand management, gained from within or outside the education sector. An ability to apply sound marketing and communications principles to the School’s context by thoroughly researching target audiences and the dynamics of its highly competitive local marketplace is essential.
