We’re looking for a Business Unit Manager to join our UK Client Service team. This full‑time role offers a competitive salary and includes a generous car allowance to support your travel needs.
Ideal location: High Wycombe, United Kingdom, HP14
Hybrid: Client sites, HQ offices, field‑based & home working
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the client relationship as the senior point of contact
* Own commercial performance, including budget, profit and growth
* Manage and develop high‑performing teams
* Ensure consistent, high‑quality operational delivery
* Identify and drive new business opportunities
* Use data and insight to improve performance and shape strategy
* Champion innovation, change and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience managing large‑scale client accounts or business units
* Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership
* Track record of building senior client relationships
* Exceptional people leadership and team development skills
* Ability to turn data into actionable insight
* Experience driving growth, change and innovation programmes
* Strong influencing & presentation skills
Desirable: Experience in consumer electronics, technology, retail, or field marketing
