Supply receptionist posts are required to assist in covering receptionist shifts at Almondell & Calderwood and Beecraigs Country Park Visitor Centres. The posts provide a front facing reception service, facility bookings, record keeping, sales, information provision and secretarial support to Parks & Woodland staff. Candidates must have proven reliability and experience in front facing role, cash handling, good experience and confidence in delivering good all-round customer service, good computer literacy skills, good written and oral communication skills, demonstrate ability to work efficiently and in an organised manner, and show good time management. Supply receptionists are required to fulfil agreed corporate and inhouse training in advance to ensure competence prior to accepting individual shifts at either Visitor Centre. Candidates must be available to cover the shifts detailed below as required Mon to Sun throughout the year. Beecraigs Visitor Centre Summer: 09:00 – 19:10 Mon, Tues, Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun 09:00 – 19:10 with two 20 minute breaks Wed 09:00 – 14:05 or 14:05 – 19:10 with no break (or a full day with two 20 minute breaks). Late Summer: 09:00 – 17:00 Mon, Tues, Thu, Fri, Sat & Sun 09:00 – 17:00 with a 30 minute break Wed 09:00 - 13:00 or 13:00 - 17:00 with no break.
