We're on the lookout for a passionate and driven
Assistant Manager to join us at The Spread Eagle in Lymm, supporting the
General Manager in running this stunning and much loved pub. With an hourly
rate of up to £14.43, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your
leadership skills in one of Cheshire’s most picturesque and sought-after
villages.
Set in the heart of Lymm, The Spread Eagle is full of character, from
its original wooden beams and roaring open fires to its cosy snug bar and
welcoming atmosphere. It's a local favourite for everything from a perfectly
poured pint or crisp G&T to hearty, homecooked food. Upstairs, the pub
features a charming function room with its own bar and views over the village, a
space you'll help promote and manage for private events and local celebrations.
As Assistant Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the General
Manager with the day-to-day running of the business. You’ll be a hands-on
leader, helping to drive service standards, motivate the team, and ensure every
guest enjoys a top-notch experience. Lymm is a close-knit and welcoming
community, and we’re looking for someone who’s eager to become part of village
life, building great relationships with regulars and visitors alike.
