Early Years Teaching Assistant – Nursery & Reception Support
Location: Morecambe, Heysham & surrounding areas
Start Date: 23rd February 2026
Pay: £13.75 – £14.50 per hour
Supply role – full-time and part-time available
About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate Early Years Teaching Assistant to support nursery and reception classes. You will assist with phonics, early learning activities, and help create a nurturing environment for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum
* Assist with planning and preparation of activities
* Provide tailored support for children, including those with SEN
* Work collaboratively with teachers and staff
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience in Early Years or childcare (desirable)
✔ Understanding of EYFS framework
✔ Caring, patient, and proactive attitude
✔ Ability to work effectively as part of a team
