* Take full ownership of store performance, hitting KPIs and exceeding sales targets

* Champion a customer-first culture and deliver a truly memorable shopping experience
* Ensure the store is visually stunning, operationally strong, and always ready to impress
* Support team development with structured succession planning and coaching
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Garden Centre Manager or similar retail leadership role
* A background in garden centres, horticulture, or big-box retail is highly desirable
* Strong commercial and operational skills in a fast-paced, multi-format retail setting
