Personal Injury Solicitor
Location: Northampton
Experience: 2+ years PQE
Salary: DOE
We are seeking an organised and proactive solicitor to join our close-knit team. Work is sourced firm-wide, offering exposure to a broad range of personal injury matters.
The Work
You will handle personal injury claims including:
* Accidents at work (excluding industrial disease)
* Public liability (trips, slips, falls)
* Road traffic accidents (excluding whiplash-only)
* Clinical negligence (excluding therapists or non-physical injury cases)
* Inquests and defendant/uninsured claims.
Additional work may include shock cases, group actions, foreign jurisdiction matters, product liability, COVID cases, CICA claims, and industrial disease cases.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum 2 years PQE in personal injury
* Proficient with: Claim management software, Claims Portal, AskMID, AskCue, MedCo, ELTO, Court Portal, High Court Portal
* Excellent organisational, communication, and caseload management skills
