What You’ll Need Proven experience as a Head Chef Solid understanding of special diets, allergens, nutrition, and hydration Ability to consistently produce high-quality, well-presented dishes Strong organisation skills and a calm, reliable approach Food Safety Level 2 (or willingness to obtain) Experience in a nursing home or care setting Experience managing and developing kitchen teams What You’ll Do Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality, well-presented meals every day.
