Job description Job title Cleaner School/Function Campus Operations Location Fitzrovia Main site -Flexibility required on across Campuses Responsible to Campus Manager Job description Overall purpose We are recruiting a Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties.
The goal is to keep our buildings in a clean and orderly condition.
Specific duties and responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations Additional duties: May be required to work at other sites for Regent Group Shift and weekend work required Person Specification Essential Requirements: Proven working experience as a Cleaner Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity Reliability EXPERIENCE & PERSONAL QUALITIES Essential: Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects Desirable: Knowledge of health and safety Compliance Statement Successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment checks, including a criminal records check, two references, ID and Right to Work verification, and education confirmation.
