Police Staff - Sensitive Intelligence Officer - Product Handler - YHROCU

1 Permanent Full Time Position
You will work on a syndicate forming part of a wider team of dedicated sensitive Intelligence Officers, Analysts and Researchers supporting proactive and reactive, Serious Organised and Major Crime operations across the Yorkshire and Humber Region.
You will be responsible for ensuring appropriate intelligence collation techniques are employed to ensure product meets the operational objectives.
You will be responsible for the quality assurance of time critical intelligence to enable effective management and mitigation of significant threat, harm and risk in a fast paced and constantly tactically evolving environment.
Successful applicants will be expected to under-go SC and STRAP vetting (if not already held) and at a future time the successful applicant may require additional enhanced vetting levels (DV) and discretion and ability to retain SC and STRAP are key requirement in relation to the work undertaken by the SIU.
You must also have the ability and willingness to take part in the on-call rota periodically.
