1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:30pm/ 1 in 3 Saturday Mornings

Our client, a well-established family-run independent garage, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with automotive service experience who is looking to work in a friendly and supportive environment. The Service Advisor role offers the chance to work with a dedicated team, without the weekend hours.
Key Responsibilities of the Service Advisor:
4. Act as the first point of contact for customers, managing service bookings and enquiries.
5. Provide expert advice on vehicle repairs, maintenance, and service options.
6. Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
7. Liaising with the Technician’s in the workshop.
8. Sourcing and ordering parts.
9. Handle customer complaints and queries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction.
10. Manage administrative tasks such as invoicing, quotations, and order tracking.
11. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
What We’re Looking For:
12. Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor in an independent, main dealer, or car supermarket environment.
13. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
14. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
15. Customer-focused with a keen desire to meet their needs and exceed expectations.
16. Ability to work well in a small, close-knit team.
17. A full UK driving licence.
