Notes: These are replacement posts for specialty doctors with an interest in acute and ambulatory care targeted towards older people. These posts will rotate between ward, clinic and Downe Acute Frailty Unit (DAFU) Team at the Downe hospital. The post holder will provide acute ambulatory care to day cases, inpatients and community patients. This is a full time post, however applications from practitioners who wish to contract for a reduced number of planned activities, or on a job share basis are welcome.
